  • Data retention. Lead data is retained in the client's dashboard for the duration of their active subscription. Upon cancellation or termination of services, dashboard access is revoked. Archived lead data may be retained for up to 90 days following termination for administrative purposes, after which it will be deleted.
  • Client responsibilities. Clients who receive lead data through LeadFX are independently responsible for their own compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-specific regulations, when contacting or communicating with leads.

  • Subject lines accurately reflect the content of the email.
  • All commercial emails include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism.
